Coroner's Office Confirms 8 New Homeless Deaths
in the Past 8 Weeks!

We are saddened to announce that we will be adding eight (8) new names to the growing list of homeless deaths in Toronto, listed on the Homeless Memorial Board outside of the Church of the Holy Trinity.  These eight names are in addition to the hundreds of names that are already listed.

Jane Doe, May 20 2004

*All of these deaths have been confirmed by the coroner's office in Toronto.

Cathy Crowe will be addressing the number of deaths in the homeless community at a press conference, Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at 11:00am at the Human Rights Monument at Elgin and Lisgar, in Ottawa.

TDRC and the Church of the Holy Trinity will be holding a vigil on Tuesday, June 8 2004 at 12 noon to honour these eight individuals.
