New name added to homeless death list;
TDRC to report on TB inquest
Monthly memorial for homeless deaths

Another name will be added to the more than 300 homeless people listed on the permanent memorial to homeless deaths during the monthly vigil for homeless people at the Church of the Holy Trinity (behind the Eaton Centre at Dundas and Yonge Streets) on Tuesday, May 11, at 12 noon.

The monthly memorial, co-sponsored by the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Toronto Disaster Relief Committee, will include a vigil, poetry and a meal for the homeless.

The TDRC will report on the verdict and recommendations of a recent inquest into a tuberculosis-related death in a Toronto homeless shelter. The monthly vigil will also honour the work of Vance Latchford, a long-time housing advocate who died recently.
